„IILR Plus“ ist ein Modul ausschließlich für IILR Plus-Abonnenten ohne Zusatzkosten. Es handelt sich um eine Lizenz für drei Nutzer.


The module includes not only the IILR (“International Insolvency Law Review”) Journal, but also selected jurisprudence in the field of international Insolvency law. Consequently, this module aims to support legal professionals, restructuring experts, and banks who actively work in insolvency matters at the global level.

For being a new offer of C.H.Beck the module is work in progress and will be amended and improved in the near future. The surrounding of this module is still in German, like the whole interface of beck-online. We are already working on making available the whole Beck-online database in English. In the meantime, we would like to apologize any inconvenience and give you some instructions to make your research easier:

IILR plus provides two main functions supporting lawyers, restructuring experts and banks dealing with insolvencies worldwide.On the one hand you are able to find the journal IILR with all the articles and judgments published. On the other hand it provides a collection of judgments on International Insolvency Law. Full-text search is possible! Many of you will remember the former "eir-database". IILR plus will include in the near future the complete "eir-database" and (hopefully) all new decisions which are related to International Insolvency Law. When you enter the database you have to type your search criterion into the field "Suche" which means "Search". The database will then show you all results regarding your search term.

Please take in mind that the search may be executed in the "complete" beck database. Depending on your search criterion your search can therefore lead to the appearance of judgements that have nothing to do with international insolvency law. Therefore you won´t have access to these (non insolvency) decisions. You can prevent this results by activating the button ‘Mein beck-online’ underneath ‘Suche’.

Within the (insolvency related) decisions you will find sometimes links to other content, for example legal text. Sometimes the legal text will be available in English. In case the link leads to a German text that will be changed in the near future.
